What is the service?
The Project Management service involves the analysis, planning, management and management of a single ICT project or a portfolio of projects or services to ensure the coordination and management of interdependencies. On behalf of the customer, the Project Manager:
- Organize projects in individual tasks both to develop or implement new processes, internal or defined from the outside, and to meet the business needs identified
- Defines tasks, responsibilities, milestones, resources, necessary skills, interfaces and budget, optimizes costs and time allocation
- Delegate tasks and manage group members’ contributions appropriately
- Manages contracted resources externally to achieve project objectives
- Develop contingency plans to address potential implementation problems, in particular identify project risks and define action plans to mitigate them
- Project delivery on time, respecting the budget defined according to the original requirements and taking into account the changes
- Create and update documents to facilitate project progress monitoring and share results with all stakeholders
